The villa, featuring a beautiful garden and a terrace with sea views, offers this lovely bedroom with its own private bathroom, as well as access to the laundry area with a washing machine.

The accommodation

This 19 m² private bedroom with an en-suite shower room is furnished with a sofa bed featuring a 160 × 190 cm mattress and a 140 cm HD Smart TV. A courtesy tray with coffee and tea will also be provided for your convenience.

Guest access

You will have private access to the entire bedroom and its shower room, as well as to the laundry area with a washing machine.

Other remarks

A free, private parking space inside the property is available for one vehicle, along with an electric vehicle charging station. Daily electric vehicle charging is available at a rate of €15 per car.
